Governmental & Regulatory Representation
These are challenging times for providers of I/DD services. The next generation of services is being developed and KAPP is proactively engaged in this process. Changes in the Medicaid system are imminent. The need for providers to have a strong voice – to be heard as these and other policy changes are considered and made – has never been greater. That’s why the role of KAPP Leadership & its every member has never been more critical. Providers can only be effective if they speak with a single voice that is heard by public officials and others who are making vital decisions that affect services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
